Child Behavior Online Study (Ages 0 to 18)

Are you an adoptive or foster parent? If so, you are needed to help us to learn more about child development. The anonymous and confidential online research takes about thirty minutes. It involves answering questions about the history and current behavior of your child. The long-term goal of this research is to develop interventions to optimize the cognitive potential of all children.

For further information, please contact Melissa Birkett, PhD,
Department of Psychology, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona

or Brian Piper, PhD, Husson University School of Pharmacy, Bangor, Maine,

Master of Social Work Students from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh are surveying parents throughout the state of Wisconsin regarding their perspectives on the access to children’s mental health services. The results of this nine question survey will be used to examine the treatment that children with mental health concerns are receiving in Wisconsin.  This information will help to demonstrate parent’s perspectives on the availability of mental health services for their children and determine if there are any resource and/or service gaps in Wisconsin.

Participation in the survey is completely voluntary.  Should you choose to participate; your responses will be completely anonymous.

To access the survey, visit the following site http://oshkosh.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_3gChs853VkC6NNz .  Again, all individual responses will be anonymous. Only summary data will be released.

Thank you for consideration to participate in this survey.
